Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement.</li>
<li>Provide input into the annual operating budget.</li>
<li>Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed.</li>
<li>Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services.</li>
<li>Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Insure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years of experience as an administrator in either a long-term or sub-acute care facility.</li>
<li>Current administrator’s license in the state.</li>
</ul>

<li>Assess the health of residents and notify the physician of changes in status and promptly implement new orders. </li>
<li>Develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care. </li>
<li>Select and institutes appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a resident’s condition and /or prevent complications.</li>
<li>Contribute to the resident’s assessment (MDS/CAA’s) and the development of a plan of care.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred, but not required.</li>
<li>Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.</li>
<li>CPR certification.</li>
