Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Crew Lead to oversee daily operations for our landscaping team in Fairhope, AL. This role is responsible for leading a crew, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining efficient project execution across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in an outdoor environment and takes pride in delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew of 2–5 landscapers on job sites
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards
- Perform landscaping duties including mowing, edging, planting, pruning, and installations
- Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, and material needs
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
This is a Contract position based out of Fairhope, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr.
