Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Wire Harness Technicians to support aircraft production and modification efforts. This role involves hands-on fabrication, installation, and testing of wire harnesses in an aerospace environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong electrical assembly and wiring experience who are looking to grow into avionics technician roles within a structured and advancement-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom wire harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires in accordance with engineering drawings
- Interpret and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Install and route wire harnesses throughout aircraft structures, ensuring proper routing, clamping, and protection
- Perform continuity checks and insulation resistance testing to validate system performance and integrity
- Maintain accurate documentation, including build logs, inspection records, and configuration tracking
- Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment, including D38999 connectors, crimp tools, and PCB rework stations
- Follow all quality, safety, and aerospace compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of wire harness assembly or electrical wiring experience
- Aerospace or aviation experience is required
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring schematics
- Hands-on experience with cable assembly, wire harness construction, and termination methods
- Must be comfortable working on-aircraft (not just bench work)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with military or aerospace platforms
- Familiarity with advanced electrical connectors and avionics systems
- Previous experience performing testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
Work Environment & Hiring Process
- Work will be performed in an aircraft production and modification environment
- Candidates must be willing to work directly on aircraft systems and installations
- Hiring process includes an in-person interview and practical assessment (3–6 hours)
- Candidates are encouraged to ask questions and demonstrate a willingness to learn

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
