Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer 3

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will apply engineering theory and principles to address industrial layout or manufacturing production issues. You will be responsible for making engineering drawings, reading and interpreting blueprints, and improving production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Study time, motion, methods, and speed involved in maintenance, production, and other operations to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
• Read worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets to verify adherence to quality assurance specifications.
• Aid in planning work assignments in accordance with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays.
• Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.

• Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Previous experience with computer applications and software related to the engineering field such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This role is based in a state-of-the-art automotive factory located in Casa Grande, Arizona. The daily schedule is from 8 am to 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed. The workspace type is onsite, providing a collaborative environment for innovative and efficient work.
