We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead a team of quality inspectors to maintain and improve quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities- Conduct audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, development, and operations to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate quality issues and findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share information and updates.
- Lead and motivate a team of quality inspectors, providing coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Manage MRB meetings and review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records.
- Ensure proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection in manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Excellent visual acuity and ability to identify even minor defects.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations.
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends for quality improvement.
- Clear and accurate record-keeping of inspection results.
- Effective communication with production personnel, quality management, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Nice to have experience in paint quality.

Work EnvironmentThis role requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and involves standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed. Climbing a portable ladder may be necessary, and the use of Personal Protection Equipment is required. Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are essential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
