šØ What Youāll Do
Get ready for varietyāthis role blends shop work + on-site installation, so no two days feel the same.
- Fabricate and install custom ornamental metal and glass pieces
- Build and assemble metal panels and structural components
- Use power tools & machinery (grinders, saws, sanders, drills)
- Measure, cut, grind, polish, and prep materials with precision
- Help package, crate, load, and transport finished products
- Support installations at job sites across the Phoenix metro area
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe

- Comfortable using hand tools & power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation (youāll travel to job sites)
- Ready to work in both indoor shop and outdoor environments
ā Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in construction, fabrication, or general labor
- Familiarity with sheet metal or ornamental metalwork
- Background in welding, glazing, or installation
- Experience with shop equipment (band saws, table saws, etc.)
- Interest in learning a trade and growing your skillset

š Work Environment & Schedule
- Split between shop work and on-site installations
- Projects at hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial builds
- Early start times (as early as 4:00 AM, typical 6:00 AMā2:30 PM)
- Overtime available (including Saturdays)
- Hot shop environmentāthis is a hands-on, active role
- Safety gear required: steel-toe boots + long pants
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
