We're growing and looking for experienced MIG Welders/Fabricators who enjoy custom fabrication, structural steel, tanks, piping systems, ladders, stairs, and one-off projects. This isn't repetitive production welding. You'll be building real-world projects that require skill, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MIG and Flux-Core welds
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication prints
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble components from raw materials
- Layout and verify dimensions using measuring tools
- Weld carbon steel and stainless steel in multiple positions
- Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity
- Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and find solutions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of MIG welding experience
- Fabrication experience in a shop environment
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Strong fitting, measuring, and layout skills
- Experience welding carbon steel
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to produce clean, quality welds consistently
Highly Preferred
- Flux-Core (FCAW) experience
- Tank fabrication experience
- Structural steel fabrication
- Pipe welding experience
- .035 Hard Wire Root experience
- .045 Dual Shield experience
- Hard Wire Root, Fill & Cap welds
- Field welding experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
