What You'll Do:
- • Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes
- heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
- • Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and
- compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
- • Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
- • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise
- discretion.
- • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance
