Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support drivers across the country using cutting-edge two-way audio and video communication. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at warehouses and distribution centers nationwide.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for drivers via two-way audio/video systems.
  • Verify truck and trailer specifications to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Coordinate real-time updates with warehouse and distribution teams.
  • Manage gate operations to streamline onsite workflows.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with up to 200 drivers daily.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of high-volume customer support experience (call center preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow SOPs, multitask, and solve problems quickly.
  • Experience in retail or logistics customer service is a plus.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Training: 3 weeks, onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Post-Training Shifts: 5 days/week, including weekends. Shifts may vary between:
    • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Up to 10-hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • This is a fully onsite role with no remote or hybrid options.
  • Overtime required from October through January.
  • Must be flexible with holidays and rotating schedules (e.g., Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, etc.).
