What We Do/Project
Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a People & Culture Coordinator to support our Global Consumer Products, Global Content Sales, Global Franchise, and R&S (Revenue & Strategy) Communications teams. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting with key administrative efforts and providing some project support.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Handle routine inquiries related to P&C policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Provide administrative support across core P&C processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Manage calendars including but not limited to scheduling meetings, securing meeting rooms, coordinating drive-on passes, ordering catering items, etc.
• Coordinate and arrange travel and hotel accommodation, and complete travel and expense reports as needed.
• Assist in the coordination of P&C initiatives (compensation planning, promotions, annual rewards, etc.) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Update and maintain P&C related reports such as org charts and employee rosters.
• Responsible for the coordination and approval of intern and temp requests.
• Handle all personnel data transactions in partnership with the Workforce Administration team.
• Research and prepare HR data as needed.
• Provide support with ad-hoc requests.
• Uphold confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of P&C work.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Management has the right to add or change duties and job requirements at any time.
• Consistent collaboration with team.
