WHO YOU ARE
You are a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a passion for process efficiency, creative asset pipelines, and project execution. You thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, including generative AI creative production, supporting multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth project workflows. As a Project Manager, you will manage schedules, asset delivery timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clear communication between teams. Your role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and keeping projects aligned with deadlines and objectives. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch; this is a startup-style pod within a major studio.
WHAT YOU DO
As a Project Manager within Warner Bros. Discovery's Gaming division's GenAI Pod, you partner closely with creative, production, and cross-functional teams to support project timelines, track tasks, and facilitate collaboration. You ensure that designers, motion artists, editors, production artists, GenAI artists, and other team members have the resources and clarity they need to deliver high-quality work. Your role bridges communication between creative, marketing, and game development teams to optimize workflows and integrate generative AI tools into day-to-day production across marketing assets, playable ads, and mini-game ad experiences.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project timelines, schedules, creative asset delivery pipelines, and task assignments.
• Track project deliverables across GenAI creative, playable ads, and mini-game ad workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met and identifying any potential roadblocks.
• Maintain project documentation, asset libraries, and version control systems.
• Coordinate meetings, standups, sprint planning, take notes, and ensure key action items are followed up on.
• Support project workflow management by updating tasks and tracking project status in project management tools.
• Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams including Performance Marketing, Creative Services, Game Dev, UA, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Assist with resourcing by tracking workload and availability across the pod; flag risks early and propose solutions.
• Organize and distribute project-related materials to relevant teams.
• Support post-project analysis by compiling reports on performance, efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain QA pipelines for AI-generated assets, ensuring outputs meet brand guidelines, platform specs, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with game development teams to align marketing creative with in-game assets, mechanics, and release timelines.
• Manage end-to-end creative asset delivery from briefing through production, QA, and final handoff.
HARD SKILLS
• High proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, and Jira with the ability to configure workflows, dashboards, and automations.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with creative production workflows, including design, motion graphics, video, interactive ad formats, and digital content.
• Ability to track multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with UA, performance marketing, and digital advertising processes.
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create clear project briefs, SOPs, reports, and status updates.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools and workflows (e.g., image generation, video generation, LLMs); you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand the capabilities and constraints.
• Familiarity with mobile game development pipelines and how marketing assets relate to in-game content.
• Experience with QA processes for creative assets, including platform compliance and brand review.
