What We Do/Project
This role will help provide support and ensure continuity of financial planning, reporting, and decision support across Global Franchise, North America, and LATAM teams.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Support forecasts, close, and expense management
• Help deliver executive reporting, including quarterly business reviews and performance insights.
• Partner with leadership to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain continuity of key processes, tools, and cross-functional workflows.
• Key account quarterly updates
• Support transition to PowerBI
• Baseline/integration reporting
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Financial Modeling experience within Excel and Power BI
a. 3+ years.
2) Deck building and ability to identify trends to present when working directly with stakeholders.
a. 3+ years; Strong communication skills and ability to create stories surrounding forecasts and financial data.
3) Familiarity working with Controllership and Technology teams to improve reporting and internal processes
a. 3+ years.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Experience within Media and Entertainment and licensing is a big plus.
Soft Skills:
1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2) High attention to detail and organization skills.
3) Ability to present forecasts or closures (financial data) to relevant stakeholders.
Technology Requirements:
1) PowerBI experience.
2) Experience with Tableau.
3) PowerPoint and Excel skills to build decks for presentations.
Education / Certifications
1) BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
