Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This role requires independent judgment, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and capable of handling a variety of confidential and time-sensitive tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized administrative support to executive leadership including calendar management, meeting logistics, and communications.
- Coordinate complex scheduling needs, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Screen calls, emails, and incoming requests; prioritize and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Draft, edit, and format documents including memos, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-up items to ensure timely completion.
- Develop and maintain databases, records, and filing systems.
- Act as department timekeeper and support payroll/timekeeping system entries when needed.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination within and between departments.
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with administrative tools, scheduling software, and timekeeping platforms
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a large corporate or healthcare environment
- Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise resource systems
