Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Jr Buyer with over one year of experience in handling purchase orders and working within the supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked as a buyer, purchasing coordinator, or in a similar procurement role, and has experience dealing with vendors, ERP systems, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms and secure favorable rebates.
• Utilize ERP systems to track and manage supply chain activities.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure inventory levels meet operational needs.

Essential Skills

• Experience in purchasing and handling purchase orders.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Open to candidates with a degree in Supply Chain, even with little to no experience.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.
