Operations Manager

Description

The Operations Manager will oversee a wide spectrum of duties encompassing operational and production activities. This role involves organizing, managing, and supervising tasks on the production floor to ensure customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, achievement of productivity targets, and fulfillment of cost-saving objectives, all while maintaining a safe environment for team members. The position includes direct leadership of Department Supervisors and Team Leads, along with providing guidance and support to production staff.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing or production. A minimum of 4 years in plant management within a production or manufacturing setting, including direct oversight of both hourly and salaried staff.
• Familiarity with MRP (Plex) CRM systems, particularly in Production, Inventory, and Quality modules.
• Proficiency in working with quality systems.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, and develop team members.
• Skilled in managing various operational areas, including engineering, logistics, and procurement.
