Pricing Supervisor

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in supervisor or manager experience needed

1+ year of experience in data analysis

Intermediate experience with Excel functions

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or any other relate field of study nice to have

The Pricing Supervisor plays a pivotal role in guiding and developing the Pricing Leads and Representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and insights to make timely, fact-based decisions. This role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to oversee complex processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, coach, and guide Pricing Leads and Pricing Representatives.
• Ensure Pricing Representatives are equipped with the necessary tools and training.
• Train Pricing Leads and Pricing Representatives effectively.
• Review and interpret documentation for validation before seeking additional approvals.
• Perform routine data integrity checks on pricing entries into VIP SRS.
• Oversee end-to-end processes for chain alerts and item authorizations, recommending improvements.
• Audit KARMA Call Points regularly.
• Create Frontlines and Bottler/Distributor co-op’s as needed.
• Manage the VIP Disputes inbox daily.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting, including the monthly error log.
• Ensure timely approval and accurate processing of rebates, coordinating with bottlers and distributors.
• Execute other duties as requested by management.
