The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Senior Vice President of HBO Comedy Programming. You are the go-to person on the team - organized, detail-savvy, and solutions-oriented with a calm, can-do mindset that's always two steps ahead of what's needed next.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Provide administrative support to an executive, including managing busy calendars, rolling calls, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports
• Track and organize creative material across shows in development, production, and post
• Read and evaluate incoming submissions and, when needed, provide thoughtful script coverage
• Stay on top of current industry trends, competitive programming, and emerging talent
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Calendar Management Experience
a. 1+ years; Outlook calendar preferred.
2) Rolling Calls/Phone Sheet management
a. 1+ years; Taking calls on behalf of Executive and connecting them to external partners.
3) Experience managing multiple projects or tasks within a fast-paced environment.

1) Familiarity with key industry players and standards is a plus
