Job Title: Construction Laborer (Short-Term, High-Earning Opportunity)
Job Overview
Looking to stack hours and maximize your earnings over the next 2–3 months? This is a fast-paced, high-demand construction project in Fremont where motivated individuals can take advantage of consistent 10-hour days, weekend work, and up to 30 hours of overtime weekly.

What You'll Do
- Assist with rigging operations including setting up hoists, pulleys, and lifting systems
- Help move, align, and anchor heavy industrial equipment
- Signal and guide operators during lifts to ensure safe and accurate placement
- Prepare and maintain job sites (clean-up, scaffolding, bracing, support forms)
- Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, jackhammers, and laser levels
- Support equipment crating and securing materials for transport
- Work closely with a large construction and rigging team to keep production moving efficiently
Work Schedule & Commitment
- Project Duration: 2–3 months (high-intensity assignment)
- Shift: Swing shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Schedule: Monday through Sunday availability required
- Hours: 10-hour shifts + significant overtime (up to 30 hours/week)

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of construction or general labor experience
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends
- Physically capable: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, climbing, and working in active job sites
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset
- Commitment to safety in a high-energy environment
Bonus Experience (Preferred)
- Rigging or heavy equipment support
- Forklift or material handling experience
- Industrial or large-scale project work
- Millwright or machinery installation exposure

Work Environment
This is a physically demanding, high-production construction site. You’ll be working around heavy machinery, scaffolding, and active crews both indoors and outdoors. Expect a fast-moving environment where teamwork, focus, and safety are essential.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
