Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
This 2nd shift role supports general production operations as a part handler and helper in sanding, hydro, and washing areas. You will load and unload products, tend machines, and ensure parts move efficiently through the manufacturing process while maintaining a safe and fast-paced workflow. All team members receive cross-training across multiple departments to build versatile skills and support overall production needs.
2nd shift Shift
Mon - Fri: 2:30pm - 1:00am (10 hour shifts)
Must be flexible to work 6 hours on Sat (occasionally)

Responsibilities
- Load and unload aluminum cylinders on machines.
- Stack products safely on pallets.
- Label products clearly.
- Watch and operate machines.
- Handle parts weighing 30–50 lbs.
- Follow supervisor instructions.
- Work fast and stay focused.
- Work in different departments if needed.
- Follow safety rules around machines.
- Help unload racks and materials.
Essential Skills
- Lift 30–50 lbs regularly
- 6+ months manufacturing/warehouse experience
- Comfortable around machines
- Work well in fast-paced setting
- Follow directions and learn quickly
- Reliable with flexible schedule
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with general labor, production, or machine operating in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with tasks such as loading, unloading, palletizing, labeling, and machine tending.
- Comfort working with metal or similar industrial products.
- Openness to cross-training across multiple departments and tasks.

This is a fast-paced factory job. The plant makes aluminum cylinders. Products are light to heavy. Machines run all the time. Parts move often. You work second shift. The shift is long. Overtime may be needed. The temperature follows the weather. It can be hot inside. Doors stay open for air. Some work is outside. Bring warm clothes if needed. You stand and move a lot. You lift items often. You work safely around machines.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garden Grove, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
