Job Title: Production Technician
Job Description
Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing of modular homes where you will play a crucial role in the full-scale production of modular home parts. As a Production Technician, you will support secondary operations across various departments and assist in the assembly of components.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the paint department with the preparation and painting of parts.
- Support the beams/wall department in the assembly and installation of structural components.
- Contribute to the glass/window department by assembling and installing glass components.
- Work within the electrical department to assist in the installation and testing of electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and demonstrate mechanical aptitude to support manufacturing and production activities.
- Maintain high standards of attendance and a positive attitude.
Essential Skills
- Experience in assembly and general production.
- Proficiency in using hand tools.
- Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a large, organized, and clean manufacturing floor equipped with new tools and machinery. The first shift operates from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a structured and efficient workday. Experience a supportive environment with opportunities for career advancement.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gardena, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
