Job Description
Provide technical support in sales and applications engineering by addressing technical inquiries from engineers and designers globally. Facilitate the implementation of next-generation interconnect solutions while supporting a wide range of existing product lines. Gain expertise in high-reliability interconnection systems, including military-standard cylindrical and rectangular connectors, connector accessories, conduit assemblies, cable assemblies, and wire harnesses. Collaborate with customers to address technical questions, solve interconnection challenges, and establish new build-to-order production packages. Interpret blueprints and customer proposals and work closely with design and engineering departments to address customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for sales and applications engineering.

- Collaborate with customers to solve interconnection challenges.
- Set up new build-to-order production packages.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, technology management, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical degree program
- Mechanical aptitude such as blueprint or schematic reading
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with CadKey or AutoCad (2D)
- Experience with popular 3D CAD software such as Inventor, PRO/E, SolidWorks, CATIA

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
