Job Description

Join an innovative metal 3D printing startup as a Sr Technical Recruiter, where you'll be pivotal in building a team dedicated to revolutionizing manufacturing. With a focus on autonomous and scalable systems, this role offers high visibility and leadership opportunities as we expand globally.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process, maintaining an active pipeline for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Conduct full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, managing candidate debriefs, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with company leadership to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
• Mentor other recruiters within the team.
• Develop and scale talent acquisition functions, focusing on candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, intern/university recruiting, and onboarding.
• Analyze data, track metrics, and innovate methods to enhance talent hiring processes.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to work legally in the United States.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Engineering Recruiting.
• Ability to provide legal proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.
