Job Description

Join our innovative metal 3D printing startup as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where you will play a pivotal role in building the team responsible for creating advanced metal 3D printing machines. Responsibilities

• Provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process with internal stakeholders and candidates, while continuously maintaining an active pipeline and supporting critical, hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Execute full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, managing candidate debriefs, extending, and closing offers.
• Collaborate with company leadership to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Mentor other recruiters on the team.
• Contribute to building and scaling talent acquisition and people operations functions such as candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, intern/university recruiting, and new hire onboarding.
• Analyze data, track metrics, and develop innovative methods to enhance talent acquisition processes.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 4+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience.
• Ability to provide legal proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in technical engineering recruiting.
• Proficiency in full cycle recruiting.

Our facility is located in Hawthorne, spanning 20,000 square feet, featuring large open spaces for team collaboration, R&D, and production.
