As a CBRE Scientific Equipment Coordinator, you will provide support services to facilitate the repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of laboratory instrumentation.

About the Role:
As a CBRE Scientific Equipment Coordinator, you will provide support services to facilitate the repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of laboratory instrumentation.
What You'll Do:
- Input and manage all assets in the customer CMMS database, Maximo. Ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Manage and organize all service delivery for the laboratory assets. This includes scheduling all maintenance and instrument repair services.
- Enter GxP certificates and test reports for instruments into the customer's CMMS system, Maximo.
- Planned maintenance must be scheduled in advance and completed prior to the due date.
- Manage, review and digitalize documentation (service reports) and load into database.
- Escort Vendors while they are servicing equipment as necessary.
- Work with staff about services required for installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations.

- Ensure purchase orders are in place before the start of non-contract work.
- Assist in audit preparation and review documentation for inspection and audit purposes.
- Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
- Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.

- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- Strong aptitude for learning documentation applications.
- CMMS Experience required. Experience with Maximo CMMS preferred.
- An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
- General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
