Job Title: Wire Harness Technician
Pay: $32/hr
Job Description
As a Wire Harness Technician, you will be responsible for building custom harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on wire diagrams. You will assemble wire harnesses and ensure manufacturing verification by interpreting drawings and wiring schematics.
Responsibilities
- Build custom harnesses including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on wire diagrams.
- Assemble wire harnesses and interpret wiring schematics.
- Perform manufacturing verification and ensure the test box is safe to mate before moving to the next department.
- Use various fasteners and fastening tools to assemble PCBAs and harnesses.
- Work with military circular connectors and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Essential Skills
- 1-5years of experience as a wire harness technician or master technician.
- Proficiency in wire harness assembly, soldering, crimping, and terminating.
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Experience with test fixture build and harness build.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
