Presentation Design Position with Top Global Tech Company

Onsite in the Bay Area

Overview:

Join a leading team of designers, photographers, film producers, and editors dedicated to visually illustrating breakthrough technology stories. As a Senior Communication Designer, you will collaborate with design leads and cross-functional partners to create compelling and visually stimulating graphics that effectively communicate complex ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually stimulating presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Collaborate with other designers and motion graphic designers in a team environment.
• Understand and apply presentation design principles, specifically storytelling techniques.
• Develop consistent layouts with strong attention to detail.
• Utilize a strong background in illustration and art direction.
• Manage project communications and workflow efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or MFA degree in design or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in an agency or in-house role (or similar).
• Proficiency in Keynote and Mac OS; familiarity with Keynote and PowerPoint.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a personal aesthetic.
• Appreciation for clean and impactful aesthetics, including hierarchy, typography, color pairing, and layout.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to effectively communicate with various personality types and collaborate with non-design partners.
• Strong organizational skills and a self-starter personality.
