The Swing Shift Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, stocking, and moving products using RF scanners and manual pallet jacks. This role requires consistent attention to detail, safe material handling, and the ability to work a structured swing shift with mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work.
Responsibilities- Operate RF scanners to accurately pick, pull, and stock inventory according to work orders and warehouse procedures.
- Use a manual pallet jack to move pallets and materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Lift, carry, and move items weighing between 50 and 75 pounds on a regular basis while following safe lifting practices.
- Perform stocking and replenishment tasks to ensure products are organized and available for order fulfillment.
- Handle automotive parts and related products, maintaining accuracy and care when storing and retrieving items.
- Use basic math skills, including addition and subtraction, to verify counts, quantities, and inventory records.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift while performing picking, stocking, and material handling tasks.
- Bend, reach, push, and pull materials as needed to complete daily warehouse tasks.
- Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat to access products stored at various heights or locations.
- Follow written and verbal instructions in English to complete assignments accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work the full swing shift schedule, including mandatory overtime of up to two additional hours daily and occasional Saturday shifts, to meet operational needs.
- Experience with RF scanners and RF scanning for picking and stocking tasks (preferred but not required).
- Ability to perform picking, pulling, stocking, and general warehouse functions.
- Proficiency using a manual pallet jack to move materials safely.
- Capability to lift and move 50–75 pounds regularly.
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction, to verify counts and quantities.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and bend as needed during the shift.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English to follow instructions and complete documentation.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms as part of daily tasks.
- Ability to occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or squat to access inventory.
- Familiarity with general warehouse functions, especially stocking and RF scanner use (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with automotive parts and components (preferred but not required).

Work EnvironmentThis role follows a swing shift schedule of 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime of up to two additional hours daily and occasional Saturday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You work primarily in a warehouse setting that may expose you to outside weather conditions, dirt, and dust. The noise level is usually above moderate, and you regularly use equipment such as RF scanners and manual pallet jacks. The position is physically active, requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
