Job Description
We are seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter (Contract) to support a high-volume hiring initiative across program and corporate functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring successful delivery across multiple requisitions. This position requires an individual who can work independently in a dynamic, high-demand environment, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates, managing stakeholders, and executing full-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
- Execute full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple requisitions.
- Manage high-volume sourcing and recruitment efforts.
- Utilize various job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor for candidate sourcing.
- Screen and onboard candidates efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR practices.
- Generate reports through data collection and analysis.
- Manage HR databases, ATS, and CMS effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in HR databases, ATS, and CMS.
- Strong data-driven recruitment system management skills.
- Proficient in database management and maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Systems Management, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in human resources or staffing agencies.
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems, with UltiPro being highly desired.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
This role is fully onsite with a flexible schedule from Monday through Friday, allowing start times between 7:30 am and 8:30 am, and end times between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of North Hollywood, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.95 - $28.95/hr.
