Description
● Provide technical support to employees and contractors
● Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks
● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g., HR, Security, Engineering) to ensure smooth IT operations and support workflows.
● Assist with ticket triage and resolution, escalating more complex issues when needed.
● Support a variety of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, and Onelogin.
● Collaborate with the IT team to improve documentation and support processes

Additional Skills & Qualifications
● 2–5 years of IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop support, or similar roles) in a fast-paced environment (startup, MSP).
● Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, especially in remote environments.
● Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Onelogin (or similar), and macOS/Windows environments.
● Comfortable using ticketing systems like JIRA or similar.
● Basic understanding of user access, roles, and SaaS system administration.
● Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow detailed instructions.
College degree in engineering or computer science++
