What You’ll Do
- Prepare and assemble baked goods following detailed recipes and processes
- Measure, mix, shape, and portion ingredients with consistency and accuracy
- Operate basic bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards for product quality, presentation, and freshness
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for distribution
- Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in food production, bakery, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions accurately
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25/bs
💡 Bonus Experience:
- Baking or kitchen experience
- Commercial food production or packaging
- Passion for food, baking, or culinary arts
