Job Title: Picker and Packer
Job Description
The picker and packer will work at a designated station, carefully placing products into bags and applying the correct labels to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Stand at an assigned workstation and accurately pick products for each order.
- Place products into appropriate plastic bags in a neat and secure manner.
- Apply the correct labels to each bag to ensure accurate identification and tracking.
- Maintain a high level of speed while consistently meeting quality standards.
- Perform visual quality checks to confirm that products and labels match the order requirements.
- Follow established packing and picking procedures to minimize errors and rework.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of obstructions to support safe and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Essential Skills
- Proven ability to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
- Strong attention to detail when picking products, packing orders, and applying labels.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks while standing in one location for extended periods.
- Reliability in following established processes and meeting production expectations.
- Basic understanding of packing and picking workflows in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse or fulfillment setting where you will work on the first shift from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will primarily stand at a designated workstation while handling products, plastic shipping bags, and labels. The environment is fast-paced and production-focused, with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and maintaining an organized, safe workspace. Casual, practical attire suitable for warehouse work is appropriate.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
