Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to manage and guide a team of cloud software engineers. You will provide technical mentorship, career guidance, and performance management to ensure the success of the team. The role involves defining and executing the cloud technical roadmap, ensuring its alignment with business and product goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of cloud software engineers, offering technical mentorship and career guidance.
- Oversee performance management within the team.
- Define and execute the cloud technical roadmap in alignment with business and product goals.
- Architect and implement high-availability, scalable, and secure systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Support machine learning workloads and data ingestion at scale.
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Cloud Storage.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with embedded systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture or large-scale distributed systems.
- 3+ years of technical leadership or management experience.
- Experience in a Technical Lead Manager or team lead capacity is preferred.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
