- Partner with Training and Development to coordinate hire dates with training schedules and programs to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve processes and communication for candidates, hiring managers, and new team members.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the full life cycle of the talent acquisition process and consult with hiring managers to help them make informed hiring decisions.
- Guide and coach hiring managers through internal recruiting processes, addressing issues and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Partner with and consult hiring managers on hiring timelines, candidate feedback, and overall process optimization.
- Confidently push back on hiring managers when necessary to advocate for appropriate processes and candidate experience standards.
- Support onboarding logistics, including first-day coordination and alignment of start dates with training sessions.
- Use data and metrics such as turnover rate, time to hire, conversion, and ROI to support and refine recruiting efforts.
- Prepare and present reports, business correspondence, and procedure documentation related to recruiting activities.
- Adapt to changing business needs by adjusting work priorities and schedules to meet hiring demands.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the broader talent acquisition function.
