Job Description
As a Cleanroom Technician, you will engage in daily production and packaging activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all related standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your role involves working diligently to meet production goals and handle peaks in workload to ensure timely product release and avoid back orders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to detail critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications.
- Implement corrective actions for technical issues related to raw materials and finished products.
- Perform quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products.
- Address line issues and other production problems; notify the Team Leader of required corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and related SOPs.
- Utilize a computerized Materials Resource Planning (MRP) inventory system to report lot-controlled ingredients on batch records.
Essential Skills
- At least four years of assembly/packaging experience, preferably in a regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Proficiency in understanding and applying SOPs and GDP.
- Experience in line clearances, machine operation, quality assurance, packaging, and inspection.
- Familiarity with GMP, cleanroom protocols, and computer operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience or ability to quickly comprehend coagulation-based manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with GDP, GMP, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), FDA, and ISO standards.
- Knowledge of qualification and validation trials is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and large Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems.

Work Environment
The position offers two openings on the 1st shift, from 6am to 2:30pm. The dress code requires pants instead of leggings, no makeup or lipstick, and necklaces must be tucked into shirts. Glasses require side shields, and ear protection is provided due to noise levels. Headphones and cell phones are prohibited on the manufacturing floor. Overtime may be required after training, with some flexibility needed for Saturdays. Reliability is crucial, as missing personnel can create bottlenecks in the process.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
