Manufacturing Technician | 1st Shift | $26-$36.50/hr

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where you'll work on cutting-edge customer projects and play a key role in producing high-quality components. You'll operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, perform inspections, support new product development, and collaborate closely with engineers in a dynamic production environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate, set up, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Review work priorities, production updates, and technical instructions
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints
- Perform first article and in-process inspections
- Conduct heat treatment and laser welding operations
- Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and microscopes
- Apply GD&T and metrology principles to verify product quality
- Complete production documentation and inspection records
- Support engineers with product development and process improvements
- Maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing machine operation experience
Blueprint/technical drawing interpretation skills
First article inspection experience
Knowledge of GD&T and metrology
Experience with precision measurement tools
Heat treatment and/or laser welding experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
