A well-known tech. company is hiring for an onsite Technical Sourcer in San Diego!

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting and talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing Software Development Engineers (SDEs).

Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle and sourcing, recruiting for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and track candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and build relationships with potential future hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Skills:

• 4-8 years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting for Software Development Engineers (SDEs).
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly on LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
