Job Title: Regeneration Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Regeneration Technician, where you will work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment. This role requires a hands-on approach and is ideal for individuals with experience in plumbing, light construction, HVAC, or similar fields. The position involves shift work from 9 or 10 AM to 7:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Plan and order all production materials, including tanks, acid, and resin, working closely with the plant manager and purchasing department.
- Maintain active tank and membrane inventories, ensuring proper storage and ordering as needed.
- Complete production documentation and logs accurately.
- Manage preventive maintenance (PMs) for the plant, ensuring timely completion and minimal downtime.
- Prepare units to specification, including proper resin loading and equipment checks.
- Pre-test, clean, and post-test RO membranes according to established guidelines.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Operate forklifts and dollies to assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximize morale and productivity.
Essential Skills
- Experience in service, construction, plumbing, or mechanical fields.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
