As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell. This involves detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery according to documented procedures. Your tasks may include electronic assembly, casting/coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging, all within a controlled cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities- Assemble medical devices and related components using hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and various equipment.
- Clean tools and equipment following documented procedures.
- Perform routine assignments according to specified and standardized procedures.
- Conduct visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies.
- Perform tests on units using computerized test equipment.
- Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.
- Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents are accurate and traceable.
- Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment.

Work EnvironmentWork in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment using microscopes and other specialized equipment. The dress code promotes a professional, businesslike image, requiring appropriate clothing without suggestive or derogatory language or images. Makeup, false eyelashes, jewelry, and certain types of clothing are not permitted.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.
