Description
In this role, you will perform routine cleaning, housekeeping and/or general maintenance duties, for the Hematology/Oncology community clinics. Work individually maintaining assigned work area.
Salary range: $20.05/hr - $25.91/hr

Required:
• Knowledge of custodial safety practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of custodial materials, methods and practices.
• Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds. Willingness to contribute to cultural diversity for educational enrichment.
• Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator.
• Ability to mix proper amounts of water/chemical solutions.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to operate custodial equipment.
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Ability to train personnel in custodial work.
• Knowledge of department policies and procedures regarding personnel, supply and equipment, and custodial work.
• Knowledge of inventory practices.
• Ability to coordinate and plan for effective use of equipment, supplies and personnel.
• Ability to resolve problems and complaints.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of planning, organizing and general administration.
• Ability to plan and direct custodial operations including determining work priorities.
• Ability to bend, pull, and push as well as carry a minimum of 30 pounds
