Production & Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview
Coordinate inventory, production planning, shipping, and logistics to support manufacturing operations. This role partners with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure materials are available, schedules stay on track, and products are shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of raw materials, components, packaging, and finished goods.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions for domestic and international shipments.
- Create and maintain production schedules based on demand and operational priorities.
- Stage materials and support production operations to ensure schedule adherence.
- Prepare shipping documentation and oversee outbound logistics.
- Support product launches, pilot runs, and validation activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory, production, and shipment records in ERP systems.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Partner with manufacturing, R&D, quality, and clinical teams to align priorities and timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory, planning, and logistics processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing inventory, scheduling, shipping, and logistics activities.
- Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, and cycle counting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on the production floor as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, biotech, medical device, food production, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse technology.
- Experience in production planning, materials coordination, or logistics roles.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vacaville, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
