Job Title: Senior Wire Harness Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the wire harnessing project and other high-impact initiatives. This role requires a seasoned engineer with a strong background in high-volume production, lean manufacturing, and automation. The ideal candidate is ITAR compliant and will be passionate about hands-on engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize automated and semi-automated systems.
• Scale up production lines and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure ITAR compliance and regulatory alignment.

Essential Skills

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in high-volume, high-mix environments.
• Comfortable with both design and physical assembly.
• Experience with electrical connectors and cable harnessing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in manufacturing engineering and process improvement.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing and high-volume assembly production.
• Ability to optimize automation lines.

Work Environment

The engineering department comprises 14 members. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and Friday from 8am to 2pm, totaling no more than 40 hours per week.
