- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:40 PM - 10:40 PM | $20.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:40 PM - 6:40 AM | $21.50/hour

What You'll Do
- Assemble small medical devices and surgical instruments using hand tools, fixtures, and precision equipment
- Work with small components requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Follow detailed work instructions, visual aids, process sheets, and quality procedures
- Perform inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet strict quality standards
- Package finished products according to medical industry specifications
- Complete quality checks on work-in-progress and finished products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Maintain strict cleanliness standards within the cleanroom environment
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and contamination control procedures
Cleanroom Work Environment
This position is performed in a state-of-the-art cleanroom manufacturing environment designed to ensure the highest level of product quality and patient safety.
Employees will:
- Wear cleanroom gowns, hairnets, gloves, and other protective garments
- Follow strict cleanliness and contamination-control procedures
- Work in a temperature-controlled, organized environment
- Stand and walk throughout the shift
- Be required to remove jewelry and avoid nail polish, artificial nails, and makeup in designated production areas
- Help manufacture products that directly impact patient care and healthcare outcomes
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts and precision tools such as tweezers and screwdrivers
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, food production, retail, hospitality, or cleanroom environments is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
