Production Associate
Location: Brighton, CO
Pay: $24/hr + Overtime Opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM)
Overtime: Frequently available, with shifts extending beyond scheduled hours as needed

Responsibilities
- Read and follow work orders to prepare products accurately.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support general production and warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- 6+ months of manufacturing or production experience required.
- Experience operating machinery or working in an industrial environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and handle materials throughout the shift.
