Description
-Will sit at the front desk and greet customers, answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct party, order office supplies monthly, etc. Will act as the face of the organization when someone walks into the office.
-Responsible for working with Field Technicians on certifications, trainings, licenses, etc. Needs to remind Field employees when these are due, expiring, and/or need to be scheduled for training. Will then remind employees of the training sessions and will collect documentation following the training.
-Will create job start ups and close outs, communicate with state via email to obtain permits/PHE requirements, and will communicate with customers with close out documents.
-Will work with Operations Managements and Project Managers around projects, timelines, logistics.
-Assist training Project Coordinators in other locations (as needed).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVE
-1-2+ years of Project Coordinator experience (i.e. managing projects, working with internal and external customers around timelines, tracking documents, etc.)
-Strong sense of punctuality
-Attention to detail is vital to be successful in this position
-Self-starter and someone who can ask questions, if they do not have something to do they reach out, etc.
-Basic experience with MS Excel
-Experience working with Google applications (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
-Bilingual in Spanish and English
-Willingness to step in and take charge of a situation
NICE TO HAVE
-Previous construction experience
-Experience working with the Asbestos industry
