Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking 6 experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will have a strong exp in systems engineering, particularly in command & control, baseband processing, payload subsystems, telemetry & command, mitigation and anti-jam equipment, and ground infrastructure. This role requires an active Secret clearance (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop system architecture and requirements from scratch.
• Create detailed specification and design packages for system implementation.
• Integrate and develop software, with the ability to read and understand code.
• Guide software engineers from a higher level, providing oversight and direction.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 8 years in Systems Engineering.
• Proficiency in the left side of the V diagram (Design, requirements architecture, software environment).
• Experience in software integration or software development.
• Active Secret clearance (or higher).
• Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs at least 4 days a week.
• Familiarity with DOORS.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in MBSE or other design methodologies is beneficial.

Work Environment

This position requires onsite availability in Colorado Springs at least 4 days a week. The work involves collaboration with a team, guiding software engineers, and integrating software solutions.
