Hiring Maintenance Technician – 2nd and 3rd Shift | Hands‑On, High‑Impact Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go‑to expert for diagnosing electrical issues, supporting PLC‑driven systems, and performing the preventative maintenance that keeps equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position where you’ll work across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems—partnering with riggers, tackling root‑cause problems, and keeping machines in top shape. Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 2:00PM-10:30PM or 10:00PM-6:30AM
- First‑shift training for one month
- Shift differentials available for 2nd and 3rd shift
- PPE reimbursements (ear plugs, steel toes)
- Specialty tools provided
Job Description:
- Electrical & PLC troubleshooting — Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and restore system functionality
- Preventative maintenance — Perform daily PM tasks to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Grease and lube machines (approx. 4 hours per machine per day) and record all steps in the CMMS
- Use a mobile app to receive tasks, log work, and track maintenance activities
- Partner with riggers for assembly/disassembly, including roller removal and repair
- Pneumatic line replacement — Ensure tampers and related systems operate correctly
- Clean and organize work areas, including photo eyes, sensors, and reflectors
- Support electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs across the facility
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have industrial maintenance experience
- Electrical system troubleshooting and PLC diagnostics
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in PM and repair work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Skilled in industrial maintenance, including welding, PLC controls, and conveyor systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
