Research Coordinator (Entry-Level) – Healthcare

About the Role
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Research Coordinator to support its clinical research team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in healthcare or clinical research.
The role is primarily administrative and back-office focused, with some patient interaction, and includes a strong training period during the first several months.
What You’ll Do
- Support clinical research initiatives through coordination and administrative tasks
- Learn and follow research protocols to ensure studies are conducted accurately
- Present research studies to patients and obtain informed consent
- Perform heavy data entry and tracking of patient information and study metrics
- Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
- Pull and compile data from multiple systems for reporting and leadership updates
- Provide ongoing updates on study progress and key metrics
What You Bring
- 1+ year of healthcare experience (patient access, scheduling, medical records, etc.)
- 1+ year of data entry or data tracking experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information
- Comfortable communicating with patients and explaining processes clearly
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field

Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Flexibility required within those hours

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
