⏳ Job Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: $20 per hour (this position is eligible for bonuses)

About the Role:

Waste Connections is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
✔ Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
