Shipping & Receiving Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support warehouse operations by managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring materials are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Package, label, and ship finished products.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Use shipping software and internal systems to track materials.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory, parts picking, and material handling duties.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and quality teams.
- Report shipping discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Assist with domestic, international, and hazardous goods shipments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of shipping software and ERP/MRP systems.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience.
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay: $22.00-$28.00/hour
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
