Warehouse Worker – Medical Supply Distribution
Longmont, CO
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
About the Role
We are hiring dependable Warehouse Workers to support a busy medical supply distribution center in Longmont. In this role, you will help ensure critical equipment—such as wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, and other medical supplies—is accurately stored, picked, and prepared for delivery.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with opportunities to work in both heavy freight handling and inventory organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and move larger medical equipment (e.g., wheelchairs) from warehouse locations
- Build pallets by hand, stacking up to 12 wheelchairs per pallet (approx. 35 lbs each)
- Perform repetitive lifting and stacking safely throughout the shift
- Assist in the put-away area as needed to support overall operations
- Unwrap pallets and sort smaller inventory for storage
- Accurately put away items in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow standard warehouse procedures for picking, storage, and handling medical supplies
- Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 lbs repeatedly
- Experience with order picking and warehouse workflows
- Ability to build and stack pallets manually
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and following established procedures
Preferred:
- Experience with medical supplies or similar products
- Familiarity with both heavy freight and small-item inventory
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible and willing to assist in multiple areas as needed
